PAYMENT and DELIVERY

 

1) By Wire Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

You may send it to any of our Garanti Bankası and T. İş Bankası accounts (TL)

 

2) On our website using your credit card

You may pay online with single payment using any of your credit cards or benefit from online instalments through “Garanti Bankası, T. İş Bankası and PAYTR.COM”.  For online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order. You will be refunded within 3 business days to your credit card in case of possible order cancellations or stock issues.

 

3) Refunding Order Price 

In case of possible cancellation of your orders, SKALN Moda Tasarım A.Ş. Will refund the price of the product to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you need to submit your bank account information and/or credit card information to finance executives of our company fully and accurately. 

 

4) Delivery 

We are striving to deliver products you have ordered to shipment company within the same day. Delivery period for products of which provision may take time is 3 business days as stated in product details. You will be notified in case of possible delays in delivery. 

Please enter the address you are present during the day as the delivery address in order for product delivery to be made without any delays. 

Your requests will be processed and prepared based on the type of delivery you have selected at the end of the order. Products will be sent from our company based in Istanbul through the courier company Yurtiçi Cargo, Aras Cargo, PTT Cargo, UPS, FEDEX, PTT Cargo or MNG Cargo. Your orders will be delivered to the Courier company within 2 (two) business days after approval at the latest. 

You may contact our customer representative to discuss different delivery conditions. In addition, shipments are delivered to Turkey only

 

5) Payment Monitoring 

If said system is unable to complete the transaction due to any issue, our visitor must be informed at the end of the payment page. 

In case of an error in the address provided, relevant customer must be contacted regarding the order that has not been delivered.

Validity of the e-mail address provided by our visitor must be confirmed with automated e-mail after the order has been transferred. 

We are accountable to the bank of which we are using the credit card system as much as we are to customers when it comes to deliveries. 

 

 Please be careful!

Open and inspect packages that you think might have been damaged during shipment in front of the official of the company from which you have received the package. Have the courier company take a statement and do not accept products if you think that the product is damaged. 

After receiving products, it must be accepted that the courier company has fulfilled its duty in full. 

If products are damaged: Fax the statement you have prepared to +9 (0216) 532 62 82 as soon as possible and notify info@rautt.com of the situation immediately. 

After this procedure is complete, we will start working on your package and repeat the delivery as soon as possible.

It would be helpful if you would briefly explain in this e-mail why you wish to return the products.
