Due to the nature of the job, our e-trade shop collects certain personal information (such as name-surname, company information, phone, address, and e-mail address) from members through membership and filling out of various forms and surveys on our e-trade shop. 

Our company may occasionally send campaign information, information on new products, and promotional offers to its customers and members. Our member may prefer whether to receive such information during registration, modify their preferences from the account information section after logging in, or notify by using the link in received notification messages. 

Personal information submitted by our members to our company during the approval process on our e-trade shop or through e-mail shall not be disclosed to third parties except for the purposes and context described in the “User Agreement” signed by our members.

In addition to the purpose and scope described in the “Membership Contract,” information requested by our company or information submitted by the user or information regarding transactions on our shop may be used in various statistical assessments, creating a database, or market research without disclosing identity of our members.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Our company pays special attention to security of credit card owners shopping on our shopping website. Your credit card information are not stored in our system in any way.

Therefore, you will need to verify financial and address/phone information during supply and delivery stages of customers who are placing order on our shopping website for the first time. It is impossible for other individuals to access and modify your information as long as you keep your subscription information safe. MAIL ORDER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURITY

Our company will keep your identification and credit card information submitted to us via the credit card mail order method based on the principle of confidentiality. Such information will be stored for 60 days in case of objections from the bank regarding withdrawing money from the credit card and then destroyed. You may submit your objections to your bank with regards to withdrawal of any amount aside from the mail order form cost approved and sent to us by you against cost of the products you have purchased and prevent withdrawing such amounts, therefore this does not pose a risk.

Our website may provide links to other sites in its website. Our company is not responsible for confidentiality procedures and content of any site accessed through such links. Advertisements on our company’s website are distributed to our users through our advertising business partners. Confidentiality Policy Principles in hereby contract are regarding use of our Store and does not cover third party websites. 

EXCEPTIONS

Under the limited circumstances below, our company may disclose user information to third parties pursuant to provisions of the “Personal Data Processing Policy.” These limited circumstances are:
